By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect

This includes your name, email address, and any other information you submit through forms on our site (such as the Free Parent's Guide request, the Organizations quote request, or the Contact form); account or registration information, if you create an account; payment information when you purchase a Certification, which is processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe (we do not store your full card number); and any information you provide when you correspond with us.
Information about children. Certain parts of our Services are designed for use by students, including students under the age of 13. See "Children's Privacy" below for how we handle information relating to children.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs, through cookies, log files, and similar technologies.
Information from third parties. We may receive limited information from third-party services we use to operate the Services, such as our hosting, forms, and payment providers.
2. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
BrandWise's certification program includes a track designed for students under the age of 13. We take children's privacy seriously and are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA").
- We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13 without first obtaining verifiable consent from that child's parent or legal guardian, using methods reasonably designed to confirm that the person providing consent is the child's parent or guardian.
- Where a parent or guardian enrolls a child in the Certification, we collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide the Certification to that child, such as the child's name, age range, and progress within the course.
- We do not use information collected from children under 13 for behavioral advertising, and we do not knowingly sell or share that information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
- Parents and guardians may review the personal information we have collected from their child, request that it be deleted, and refuse to permit further collection or use of their child's information, by contacting us at hello@itsbrandwise.com.
- If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without the required parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as reasonably possible.
